CAN YOU HELP?

Some of you may have heard about a fire that happened on the weekend on Gagnon Street in the apartment complex near to our school. A parent of one of our little gr. 2 students lost everything in the fire.  It has been a devastating time for this family. If you can help with some of the basic needs, that would be amazing!

Please drop off donations in the front foyer of the school. Cash donations are also always appreciated and can be dropped off at the front office in an envelope marked “Fire Donation.”

Thank you in advance for your generosity.

A MESSAGE FROM MR. DOMOLEWSKI

Dear SCCS families,

On Friday, September 22nd, the Grade 7D class will have the opportunity to visit Siloam Mission for an Educational Seminar and Tour for Christian Service Day.

In preparation for our visit the Grade 7 students are holding a donation drive for all SCCS families to participate in! Siloam Mission is in urgent need of toothbrushes, toothpaste, and floss (satin) for the community members and families that they serve! If possible, Siloam Mission also requires men’s underwear (new).

Students and families may bring these items to the Grade 7 classroom or drop them off in the containers that are provided in our school’s lobby by the front doors for your convenience!

Thank you in advance for your generous contributions to this wonderful, local charity and God Bless,

Mr. Domolewski, Grade 7D Homeroom Teacher
