Update Attachments – Slurpee Truck
News: This morning at SCCS, we had a gasoline smell in our front foyer and the old building. At that time, workers were here working in the boiler room installing the cement pad for our new boilers. Since it was raining heavily outside, they decided to do some cutting of materials in the workroom. The machine they were using caused the gasoline odor to spread in the school. The project manager was contacted immediately, and the situation was rectified. Doors and windows were left open to help the smell disappear. Since the kindergarten classes were on the floor above, they relocated for about an hour while doors and windows were open. They returned to their classrooms at recess time.

I’m writing to invite you to join the team, Keira’s Krusaders, in support of Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada. We’d love to have you join the national movement to end brain tumours and to honour the memory of a very special girl, Keira Bond.
This year the Brain Tumour Walk is not organizing an event like last year, so this will just be our Keira Krusader Crew walking to honour and remember the remarkable Keira for a good cause. We will be walking together along Sturgeon Creek, a place Keira enjoyed. We will meet at Grant’s Old Mill at 10:00am on Saturday, June 15th and walk along the path.
Join Our Team!
Please share in this experience by joining our team and by helping to raise money for a worthy cause! Just click on this link: Join Keira’s Krusaders .
If you are not interested in joining the team to walk but would like to learn more about Keira or make a donation, click on the link above as well.Sincerely,
Nancy Froystad
Jesus, help my feet to go. In the way that You will show. Jesus, help my hands to do. All things loving, kind, and true. Jesus, guard me through this day.
Looking forward to seeing some sun this weekend. See you all on Monday.
See you all on Monday.
