- For questions related to classroom learning—such as assignments, assessment, homework, curriculum, report cards, routines, Permission Click, classroom supports, schedules, learning accommodations or behaviour expectations and incidents-please reach out directly to your child’s teacher(s).
- For questions related to student well-being and health concerns, all school‑wide programming, confidential or sensitive matters, student safety and emergency procedures, serious or on-going behaviour concerns, policy implementation, or the school’s vision and mission, please contact Administration.
- For general school information, including attendance reporting, volunteering, school events, lost & found, Child Abuse Registry checks, uniforms, registration, calendars, please reach out to the school office reception. As well, our office staff are always happy to assist and redirect inquiries as needed.

HOT LUNCH FUNDRAISER
Our Wednesday hot lunch fundraiser continues!
Reminder: All orders must be placed through Munch-a-Lunch at www.munchalunch.com ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE.

MUSICAL
MAY 4: Tickets may be purchased in the school office only.
Tickets are $10. Tickets are not sold at the WAG.
You can also support our Musical program by purchasing tickets for our musical basket raffle. Raffle tickets are $2 each and are available through the school office or at WAG on May 4.
This year’s baskets include:
- Kids’ Basket – valued at $150
- Couples’ Basket – valued at $300
- Family Basket – valued at $375
We are still looking for a volunteer with a truck to help transport the musical sets to the WAG on Sunday, May 3.
We are also looking for someone who will be attending the musical on Monday evening and is able to volunteer to bring the props back to the school.
VIP hours are available for this support.
PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF SAFETY REMINDER
We continue to see cars parked in the bus loop. Please DO NOT PARK or WAIT IN YOU VEHICLE in the bus loop! You will be ticketed.
For everyone’s safety, please use only the designated loading zone, parking lot, behind the church or any side streets for student drop-off and pick-up. Your cooperation helps keep all students and families safe.
We are looking for parent volunteers to assist with our parking lot and loading zone patrol. Please sign up using the link below:

BASC
- Monday: BLINE
- Tuesday: K-2 Bake Sale
- Wednesday: BLINE testing at 4:30 p.m. in the gym
- Thursday: Mother’s Day craft
Please double‑check whether your child is participating in the Mother’s Day craft, as the form was not included with April’s forms. A new month begins next week. If you require summer care, please submit your forms as soon as possible. We will be reviewing registrations next week to confirm minimum and maximum enrolment numbers. TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Our Bursary tuition applications are available online for the 2026-2027 school year. Please submit all completed applications to the school office by May 15, 2026. The forms can be found on Parent Zone under Forms & Programs.
Tuition assistance is available for families, and those wishing to apply must complete and submit all required documentation as part of the application process. We are committed to supporting families and encourage anyone with questions to contact the school office.
Several field trips are coming up. If your family requires financial assistance to ensure your child can participate, please do not hesitate to contact administration. We are committed to working with families to ensure all students can take part in these meaningful learning experiences.
KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS GARAGE SALE – ST. PAUL THE APOSTLE
The St. James Knights of Columbus are hosting their annual garage sale at St. Paul the Apostle Church. Sale Dates & Times: Saturday, May 9: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 10: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Volunteers Needed for sorting, setup, sales, and pickups. To volunteer or arrange a pickup, contact Charles Huygbeart at 431‑279‑5810.
Donation Drop‑Off (at the Parish Hall only): Wednesday, May 6 & Thursday, May 7: 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Friday, May 8: 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Please do not bring donations before May 6.
Items Accepted: Working appliances and electronics, gently used clothing and shoes, Household linens and décor, small kitchen appliances, Games, toys, sporting goods, tools, bikes, small furniture (chairs, tables, lamps)
Items Not Accepted: Upholstered furniture, Suitcases, Computers, stereos, or game consoles, Any items not in good working condition

Envision staff will be onsite to support families with orders and answer any questions. Sample garments will be available to try on. Next year, we are pleased to offer long‑sleeve polo shirts as part of our uniform options! Please visit: www.envisionuniforms.ca to view all available uniform items.
