Welcome to our Book Fair information page.

The Scholastic Book Fair starts Monday, February 8^th. We invite you to share in this celebration of books and reading with us. Our Destination Book Fair will be set up for the week of Monday, February 8^th to Thursday, February 11^th in the main floor cafeteria.

Students will visit the Book Fair during class time on Monday to find books they like and create a Student Wish List. If you are unable to visit the Fair, look over the Highlights flyer with your child and use the Student Wish List form on the back of the flyer to review your child’s choices or create a new list.

It’s simple to order. Review the Wish List, approve the selections, then, simply send it and the correct amount of money to school with your child.

All book prices include the sales tax. Some books may have a Last Copy sticker on them and must stay on display. These books can be ordered and must be paid for at the time of ordering. They will be delivered to your child’s classroom once the books are received.

There will also be opportunities for your child to win prizes by participating in our Book Fair Activities and Draws. We will also have a coloring contest online, see details below.

Look for the Classroom Wish List display for parents interested in helping us build classroom libraries. By purchasing books and donating them to your child’s teacher, you give students even greater access to books. Your generosity can make a classroom more exciting and stimulating to young minds. Every gift will be recognized with a bookplate identifying your family or child as the donor.

To ensure that you have an opportunity to visit this wonderful fundraising event we have extended the Book Fair Hours of Operation. Join us on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings where you’ll find books for every person in your family. Don’t forget to enter our Family Event Draw by dropping off the Family Event Door Prize form located on the back of the Highlights flyer. (Make sure to bring your form from home as we will not have extra forms available at the Book Fair.) You could win $50 in books – $25 for your family and $25 for your child’s classroom! All ballots must be filled out and dropped off at the Book Fair before 8:00 on Wednesday, February 10th.

***It's easy to participate in our online coloring contest, simply click on one of the links below to open up a Destination Book Fair picture, print it off at home and let the artist take over! Bring in the completed picture with the student's name and class on it. Students can enter as many pictures as they wish. All pictures will be placed into a draw for some great prizes.
